Join us Tuesday @ 6:45 to begin a season of CULTIVATING & LETTING G0
... through the season of Lent in preparation for Easter.
Cultivate (verb): to prepare and use for the raising of crops; to foster the growth of; to improve by labor, care, or study; to refine; to further; to encourage.
This year in the 40 days known as the season of Lent, we will contemplate images and stories from the Bible with themes of earthiness and grit. "Lent is a season of spiritual gardening, of inviting God to unearth in us what lies fallow, what needs to be tended, and what needs to die for new life to emerge.”
How will you cultivate new life during this season?
How will you let go of what is no longer giving life?
During this season of preparation for Easter, we will join in the creative process in worshi;ip, small groups, personal devotions, and intergenerational art projects to cultivate flourishing in our lives and our community.
